A Place in Our Arts Community Art Call: Challenge 2021 “Picturing West Toronto Junction and Rockcliffe-Smythe”
Can you picture it? Paint, sketch or photo it? Create and share original art or images about our neighbourhood by December 20, 2021 and qualify to win local and StreetART prizes!
We’re celebrating StreetARToronto's exciting new Runnymede Underpass and Junction Place Mural Project by Lead Artist Anya Mielniczek as part of ArtworxTO: Toronto's Year of PublicArt-2021-22. Join us in welcoming more art to the Junction!
Anyone can enter the contest by submitting digital formats* before the deadline to: inourarts@gmail.com for our gallery at www.aplaceinourarts.com. Please include name, group (kids, teens, adult or professional), title, medium and Junction location. (*Free library scan or photo and email of submissions-no branch colour printer).
Bring it to the street! Join the Junction holiday window and wall art festival – display your images in local windows and social media. Let us know - your work could be discovered – including by StART, GetOutAndShoot, Neighbur and ArtworxTO walking tour photographers during the contest period.
