Meet ArtworxTO’s Spotlight Emerging Artist, Carlier Morejon, a photographer and visual artist in the #CityofTO, whose work is an invitation to our current and future generation to reconnect and come HOME

Carlier’s goal and mission is to reconnect our community with the local wildlife through my work. He grew up in a very small village in the heart of Cuba. Working the land and spending endless time in nature, I developed a strong connection with our natural world. As an immigrant to Canada, I believe that with knowledge and understanding of our local wildlife we can develop feelings of love, caring, appreciation and responsibility for all we have.
