BAFFOUR KWASI OBENG_ADJEI is a young aspiring artist who does not shy away from any challenge. Dancing since the age of 14, Kwasi has always had a passion for dance. He is currently training with the Black Stars Dance Company, an afro-based group under the guidance of Esie Mensah. Wanting to know more about the foundations of African dance, Kwasi began taking traditional African dance classes with Lua Shayenne until giving the opportunity to be a part of the Lua Shayenne Dance company in 2018. Training in West Guinea dances and performing in the second instalment of “Kira, The Path”, his love for the arts had then led him to pursue a career in filmmaking 2019, aspired to showcase the art around him to allow connection among others.
