ArtworxTO Spotlight: Isabelle Fong

This week's ArtworxTO Spotlight Emerging Artist Award goes to Isabella Fong! At only 18 years of age Isabella, also known as @whenthecity, is a songwriter, instrumentalist, composer and producer. Born and raised in the city, she finds that the Toronto lifestyle defines her artistic approach like no other; the diversity and modernity match her message - that music is for everyone. She is dedicated to growing her sound, supporting the Toronto arts and culture scene, and representing her LGBTQ+ BIPOC communities. ArtworxTO is giving the spotlight to 52 emerging Toronto-based artists.
