Each of the 14,508 cinder blocks in this work titled ‘Gradation’ are painted in in minute variations of blue and green to integrate this building into its adjacent surroundings and transform this otherwise monotonous grey façade into a dynamic element within Toronto’s West Toronto Railpath.
