Description

The pandemic has highlighted how important green spaces are in providing opportunities for Torontonians to connect with nature and each other. Parks are our most common green spaces, but public laneways also provide a hidden opportunity to introduce nature and community space near our homes, schools, and shops. Laneway park-ing is improving three public laneways, including the laneway running from Logan avenue and Morse street, south of queen street east, by adding greening, art, and other enhancements to the laneway edges of neighbouring properties at the request of property owners.
